CADELLE LEATHER RETURN POLICY

FULL PRICE ITEMS

If you have received your Cadelle Leather goodies and have decided you do not love them as much as you thought you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a store credit (valid for 6 months) or refund within 14 days of receiving your package. We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs. All items sent back to us must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with tags attached.

SALE ITEMS

We are happy to offer exchanges on all Sale Items, provided you cover the cost of return postage, within 14 days. We do not offer Refunds or Store Credits on sale items, unless goods are faulty.

Please Note: we are also happy to provide full refunds on Sale apparel pieces (leather jackets and skirts) for change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your package, provided you cover the cost of the return postage.

 

FAULTY GOODS 

We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or store credit and also cover the costs of return postage.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

For all exchanges and returns please fill in and follow instructions on the Returns Form provided to you with your package. Alternatively if you require more help, don’t hesitate to contact us via email on online@cadelleleather.com.au.
